好剪 Good Take 私隱政策
「好剪 Good Take」（下稱「本 App」）由上善科技（開發者：Sze Chun Leung，下稱「我們」）開發。我們重視你的私隱，本政策說明本 App 如何處理你的資料。
1. 我們不收集你的個人資料
- 本 App 不設帳戶，不要求你登記或登入。
- 本 App 不收集、不儲存、不上傳你的影片、聲音、逐字稿、相片或任何個人資料到我們的伺服器。
- 本 App 沒有廣告，不作追蹤，亦不使用第三方分析工具。
2. 所有處理都在你的裝置上進行
- 影片及聲音：你選擇的影片只在你的 iPhone 上處理（剪接、加字幕、匯出）。
- 語音辨識：使用 Apple 內置的裝置端語音辨識功能，在你的 iPhone 上將語音轉為文字。首次使用某種語言時，iPhone 可能會從 Apple 下載該語言的語音模型；此下載由 Apple 處理，受 Apple 私隱政策規管。
- 處理過程中產生的暫存檔案只存放在本 App 的裝置儲存空間內，刪除本 App 即可移除。
3. 權限

4. 訂閱及付款
如本 App 提供訂閱，所有付款均由 Apple 透過 App Store 處理。我們不會取得你的付款資料，只會從 Apple 得知你是否有有效訂閱。
5. 分享
你使用系統「分享」功能把影片傳送到其他 App 時，該影片會按你所選 App 的私隱政策處理。
6. 兒童
本 App 並非專為 13 歲以下兒童設計，我們亦不會在知情下收集兒童的個人資料。
7. 政策更新
若本 App 日後加入需要傳送資料的功能（例如雲端 AI），我們會先更新本政策，並在首次使用該功能前於 App 內清楚告知及取得你的同意。

Good Take Privacy Policy
Good Take ("the App") is developed by 上善科技 (developer: Sze Chun Leung) ("we"). This policy explains how the App handles your information.
1. We don't collect personal data
- The App has no accounts and does not ask you to sign up or sign in.
- The App does not collect, store or upload your videos, audio, transcripts, photos or any personal data to our servers.
- The App has no ads, no tracking and no third-party analytics.
2. Everything is processed on your device
- Video and audio: the videos you choose are edited, subtitled and exported on your iPhone only.
- Speech recognition: the App uses Apple's on-device speech recognition. The first time you use a language, your iPhone may download that language's speech model from Apple; this is handled by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy policy.
- Temporary files stay in the App's storage on your device and are removed when you delete the App.
3. Permissions

You can change or revoke these permissions in iPhone Settings at any time.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Any subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details; Apple only tells us whether you have an active subscription.
5. Sharing
When you share a video to another app using the system share sheet, that app's privacy policy applies.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Changes
Before adding any feature that sends data off your device (for example, cloud AI), we will update this policy and clearly ask for your consent in the App before first use.
